TERMS OF SERVICES
1. Payment Terms
We accept bank transfers, Western Union, MoneyGram, and other similar services. Payment is required upon order confirmation unless other terms are arranged.
2. Shipping
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We aim to ship within 15 business days, but timelines may vary based on product type and quantity. Alimber Manufacture Co. is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
3. Returns & Refunds
Returns must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Customized items (embroidered, printed, etc.) are non-returnable. A restocking fee applies for authorized returns. Refunds are available if an order is canceled within 48 hours of confirmation or in the case of defective goods.
4. Sample Policy
Samples are charged separately and are non-refundable. Contact us for any sample inquiries.
5. Product Variance & Disclaimer
Due to material variations, we cannot guarantee exact matches in color, size, or fabric. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Alimber Manufacture Co. reserves the right to alter product designs, sizes, or styles when necessary.
6. Liability
Alimber Manufacture Co. is not liable for work performed by third-party vendors. All claims for defects or shortages must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
